Presidential Villa

PRESIDENTIAL VILLA (1700 sq. feet) is the resort's premier accommodation and offers refined detailing that evokes the beauty of a Mediterranean estate. The villa offers two private entrances and can be adjoined to a second master bedroom and bathroom that expands the space to 2,300 square feet. The Presidential Villa features a luxurious master bedroom with a stately king-size bed and gas-burning fireplace. The master bathroom features an exquisite claw-foot bathtub and a glass-enclosed indoor and outdoor shower. The villa also includes a large living room with dramatic fireplace, private dining room, butler's kitchen, guest bathroom and three private patios with an outdoor fireplace and water feature.

Arcadia Villa

ARCADIA VILLA (900 sq. feet) accommodations are located in the Arcadia gardens. Renovated in 2017, the design of the Arcadia Villas was inspired by the citrus groves of the local Arcadia neighborhood. Earthy tones are complimented by pops of bold orange and green. Arcadia Villas feature living room with queen sofa sleeper, Keurig coffee maker, complimentary wireless Internet, Bose Soundlink Speaker, king bedroom with gas fireplace, bathrobes, large bathroom with Jack & Jill pedestal sinks, claw foot soaking tub, glass shower, spacious patio with outdoor fireplace and fountain.

Montavista Courtyard Villa

Accommodations are located in the Montavista courtyard. Renovated in 2017, the design of the MONTAVISTA COURTYARD draws on the architecture and color palette of the Mediterranean region’s hidden gems and tucked away haciendas. Colorful accents pay tribute to Royal Palm’s original Mediterranean inspired design. The Montavista Courtyard Villa features living room with hard wood flooring, spacious patio with outdoor fireplace, wet bar, Keuring coffee maker, Bose SoundLink speaker, complimentary wireless Internet, queen sofa sleeper and half bath. The master bedroom of the Alvadora Villa offers one king bed, spa robes, spacious patio with outdoor fireplace and master bathroom with soaking tub and indoor/outdoor shower. A optional Double Double room connects to the Montavista Courtyard Villa to complete the two bedroom. (800 sq. feet)

Valencia Villa

VALENCIA VILLA (700 sq. feet) accommodations are casita style rooms located in the hotel's Valencia gardens. Renovated in August 2017, the design of the Valencia Villas was inspired by the incredible light and clouds of the desert sky. Rich blue hues reflect the beauty of the Arizona sky accented by the orange glow of the surrounding mountain views. Valencia Villas offer bedroom with one king bed, living room with queen sofa sleeper, gas fireplace, patio with garden view, bathrobes, Keurig coffee maker, 40 inch LCD TV, Bose SoundLink speaker, in room safe, complimentary wireless Internet and spacious bathroom with double vanity, large shower and claw foot tub.

KING CASITA (490 sq. feet) accommodations are bungalow style rooms located throughout the hotel's Valencia and Arcadia gardens. Renovated in 2017, the design of these intimate rooms was inspired by the incredible light and clouds of the desert sky. Rich blue hues reflect the beauty of the Arizona sky accented by the orange glow of the surrounding mountain views. Casita King rooms feature gas fireplace, bathrobes, Keurig coffee maker, 40 inch LCD TV, Bose SoundLink speaker, in room safe, complimentary wireless Internet, spacious bathrooms with large showers (no bathtubs) and garden patios.

King Junior Suite

King Junior Suite (560 sq. feet) accommodations are located in the main Montavista building. Renovated in 2017, the design of the King Junior Suite draws on the architecture and color palette of the Mediterranean region's hidden gems and tucked away haciendas. The King Junior Suite offers separate bedroom and living room with queen size sofa sleeper and features a spacious bathroom with separate soaking tub and shower, bathrobes, Keurig coffee maker, 40 inch LCD TV, Bose SoundLink speaker, in room safe and complimentary wireless Internet. Extra Large Kings offer limited views and do not have a patio or balcony.
