Day 1: Arrive in Medellin

On arrival at José Maria Córdova in Medellin, Colombia, please clear customs and immigration and claim your baggage. Proceed to the arrivals hall where you will meet your private guide. You will then be escorted to your private vehicle and transferred to the hotel check in with English speaking guide.

Enjoy a scrumptious welcome dinner with your group at the hotel.

Immerse yourself in the modern luxury, elegant style and high-tech amenities of the York Luxury Suites Medellín, located in the exclusive El Poblado area.

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel and then your group will be picked up for a private half day city tour including a visit to Comuna 13

Start at Plaza Botero, home to the famous sculptures of artist Fernando Botero, followed by a visit to the Antioquia Museum. Experience the local transport system with a ride on the Metro and Metro Cable, enjoying panoramic views of the city. Explore the inspiring history of Comuna 13, known for its urban art and electric escalators.

This is followed by lunch at Hato Viejo, includes a 3-course meal, 2 soft drinks and water. This well-known restaurant heads up the list of the top 5 places to eat well in Medellin. Serving up simple and delicious style authentic Colombian food with mesmerizing ambiance in the heart of the city.

Return to the hotel for an afternoon and evening at leisure.

Breakfast at the hotel and then your group will be picked up for a private full day coffee tour including lunch. Duration approx. 8 hrs

Start with a transfer from Medellín to the charming town of Fredonia, located in the coffee region of southwest Antioquia, about two hours from the city. Along the way, enjoy spectacular mountain and coffee plantation views. Upon arrival at a traditional coffee farm, immerse yourself in the fascinating world of Colombian coffee. The tour begins with a walk through the crops, where you’ll learn about the coffee growing and harvesting process, interacting with local farmers who share their knowledge and traditions. You’ll see firsthand how the coffee bean goes through each stage, from planting to harvesting. Then, you’ll take part in a detailed explanation of the production process, from wet processing to roasting, and finally enjoy a coffee tasting, discovering the nuances and aromas that make coffee from this region some of the best in the world. The tour includes a delicious traditional lunch made with fresh, local ingredients.

After the experience, we’ll continue our journey to Circasia, located within the Colombian coffee growing axis, the historic center of Circasia was made part of the "Coffee Cultural Landscape" UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2011.

Upon arrival, group will check into the wellness hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel and then group will enjoy a 45-minute morning yoga session, connect with the mind, body and spirit. A great wellness activity to start the day. This is designed for all levels, in a peaceful and relaxing environment. Begin with a brief meditation to center your mind and connect with your breath, followed by a series of postures (asanas) that promote flexibility, strength, and balance in the body. The practice ends with a relaxation moment, allowing you to release tension and find inner peace.

Group will have some free time to enjoy the hotel and its surroundings.

This afternoon enjoy a one hour Deep Tissue Massage. Manual therapy focused on relieving muscle pain caused by increased tension. Through stretching and firm, deep, and steady pressure, muscle knots are released, restoring physical balance to your body.

Embark on an unforgettable visit to Cocora Valley and Salento, where Colombian nature and culture merge in a stunning setting.

Begin with a private transfer to Cocora Valley, famous for its majestic wax palms, where you’ll enjoy a guided hike through impressive landscapes and learn about local biodiversity.

Then, explore the charming town of Salento, known for its colorful architecture, with free time to stroll, visit craft shops, and enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant.

Later return to the hotel where you will be treated to another wellness activity this afternoon.

Later return to the hotel where you will be treated to another wellness activity this afternoon.

A 120-minute Deep Hydration with Aloe Vera: Inspired by the emollient, regenerating, and renewing powers of aloe vera for skin revitalization. Enjoy a delicious breakfast at your hotel. Check out of your hotel and then your group will be picked up and transferred to the El Edén Airport in Armenia for the onward flight to Cartagena. (Flight NOT included).

Upon arrival at the Rafael Núñez Airport, you will be greeted by our guide and transferred by private vehicle and English-speaking guide to your hotel where he will assist you with the registration procedures (check-in).

This afternoon group will be taken on a half day City Tour with a Visit to San Felipe Castle. Discover the rich history and architectural beauty of Cartagena in our exciting City Tour, where you’ll explore the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Historic Center, with its colorful cobblestone streets and majestic colonial buildings, including the iconic Clock Tower and San Pedro Claver Church.

Continue to San Felipe de Barajas Castle, enjoying breathtaking city views and learning about its strategic importance, followed by a visit to the Convent of La Popa for unbeatable panoramas.

Later return to the hotel where you will be treated to another wellness activity this afternoon.

A Sublime Premium Spa Chocolate Therapy. Experience a luxurious and enriching treatment, starting with an exfoliation to prepare your skin for a cocoa-based hydration treatment, which boosts collagen and elastin in your skin. Breakfast at the hotel and then today group will be picked up around 7:30am for a Full Day Excursion to Islas Del Rosario with lunch included. This tour is approx. 8 hours

The Rosario Islands are located approximately 40km (approx. 1 hour by boat), south-west of Cartagena. They consist of 31 islands with 20 hectares of coral reefs. Explore the impressive, beautiful landscapes of the Rosario Islands with their clear waters, gentle breezes, and maritime life such as dolphins. Embark on a spectacular visit to the Rosario Islands, specifically to Majagua Island, a true Caribbean paradise with white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. Start with an exciting boat transfer from Cartagena, enjoying the beautiful marine scenery. Upon arrival, you’ll have time to relax on the beach, swim in the turquoise waters, and explore the rich marine biodiversity through optional activities such as snorkeling and kayaking. At the end of the day, return to the hotel.

This evening, the group will enjoy a memorable farewell dinner at Cande Restaurant, nestled in a beautiful colonial house in Cartagena's historic center. Begin with a welcome cocktail, followed by a three-course menu paired with a glass of wine and water. This elegant, plant-filled venue offers authentic regional cuisine complemented by live performances that immerse you in the rich traditions of Cartagena. Through music, dance, and sensory experiences, you’ll connect deeply with the city’s heritage, recalling the vibrancy and charm of the colonial era.
