Day 2 Hike to Monte Cesen & Go Prosecco Wine Tasting

From here you will hike up to mighty Monte Cesen, a massif of the Venetian Prealps located on the northwestern edge of the province of Treviso. Follow trails to its low peak (5,150') from above the village of Pianezze and take in stunning views. Celebrate your first hike in the Dolomites with wine tasting in a Prosecco cellar! Day 3 Marvel at Tre Cime di Lavaredo & Explore Cortina d’Ampezzo

The area also serves as an "open-air museum," with remnants of the First World War such as tunnels, bunkers, and old barracks scattered throughout. Ascend to Rifugio Scoiattoli (7,398') and marvel at panoramic views of the Pale di San Martino, Civetta, Monti del Sole, and the Marmolada glacier. Hike a wonderful route that circumnavigates Cinque Torri (7,746'), which was also the site of intense WWI battles.
